Cancellations and Refunds

- For flexible reservations, you can receive a full refund if you cancel at least (48 hours) days before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made after this timeframe will incur a cancellation fee.
- Non-refundable bookings are generally not eligible for refunds, unless there were specific terms indicating otherwise during the booking process.
Refund Procedure
After you've cancelled a booking, we will initiate the refund process within (2-3) business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
Depending on the payment source, it might take anywhere from (5-7 business days) for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Making Changes and Rescheduling
You're welcome to modify your booking, subject to availability and any applicable rate adjustments.
If your revised booking results in a lower rate, the difference in amount won't be reimbursed.
Rescheduling is possible based on the availability and the new dates you choose.
Early Departures and No-Show Policy
Please note that regardless of your reservation type, we do not provide refunds for no-shows or if you choose to depart earlier than planned.
